Hello Valley Wild family and friends:

 As we settle into the heat of summer let’s start thinking about upcoming ice! ‘Tis the season for the “Call to Coaching”. The Board is reaching out to our wider hockey family to explore, for the upcoming 2022-23 season all willing and able to step onto the bench and into the dressing room once again, or for the first time!

Each of our teams will require:
·      a head coach,
·      two to hree assistant coaches,
·      a manager,
·      a trainer,
·      a safety representative,
·      dressing room supervisors.

All these positions require your commitment of time. We thank you for your consideration to serve and support our players and their families! Please add you name to the current contact list with your relevant contact information and team(s) you would want to support to facilitate pre-season planning.

We are also in need of board members and will be putting out an additional call for volunteers soon. We support the cost of all required training for new and returning volunteers in all roles. We are also hoping our leadership teams will participate in the optional “Keeping Girls In Sport” training program from Jump Start for the benefit of our players and the greater culture of hockey,
